The Ministry of Housing, Lagos State having conducted an upskilling programme for various participants in their respective trades now present our graduated artisans to professionals in the built sector of the Nigerian economy. The respective trades of the artisans are as follows:

• Electrical Installations & Maintenance
• Carpentry & Furniture Making
• Masonry (Block Making & Concrete Works)
• Plumbing & Pipe Fittings
• Painting & Decoration

Our artisans who are certified by Nigerian Institute of Building (NIoB) are available to provide their services in the construction industry in pursuit of improving the quality of work delivered. Furthermore, our artisans have the guarantee of Ministry of Housing as their biodata, photograph, contact details and guarantor’s details are available as required to validate their existence and identification.

A database is maintained under the supervision of the Ministry of Housing to keep track of all the artisans, their performances, and feedbacks on them which determines their ratings and priority of choice to would-be users of their services.

As artisans, you can provide feedback on contractors or those who requested your services. Your feedback could be on your experience during the job executed or on the behavior of the person that engaged you. This helps the Ministry of Housing to equally keep track of the users of artisan services and assign ratings as applicable which will help the artisans determine who is best to accept jobs from in the long run.
